These Terms of Service govern your use of AutoPractice services operated by Auto Practice Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services
AutoPractice provides UK service businesses with AI-powered automation tools including:
- SMS booking bot for automated customer conversation and appointment booking
- Missed call recovery — automated SMS follow-up for unanswered calls
- 10% deposit collection via Stripe payment links
- Real-time booking dashboard
- Route planning tool for mobile businesses
- Website design, SEO, and digital marketing services
3. Use of Services
By using AutoPractice you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age and authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
- Not use the services for unlawful purposes or in violation of UK telecommunications regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our software or systems
- Not send spam or unsolicited messages through our SMS bot
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed individually with each client and documented in a separate Service Agreement. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. AutoPractice reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice.
Additional costs including SMS usage (Telnyx) and payment processing (Stripe) are payable directly by the client.
5. Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. AutoPractice may suspend or terminate access immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms. Upon termination, client data will be available for export for 30 days then deleted.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, systems, algorithms, and content developed by AutoPractice remain the intellectual property of Auto Practice Limited. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the services during the term of their agreement only. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPractice is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
- Loss of business, revenue, profit, or bookings
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Telnyx, Stripe, Google, Railway)
- Errors in automated SMS responses or booking confirmations
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain a highly available service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services.
9. Data Protection
AutoPractice processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. A formal Data Processing Agreement is included in our client Service Agreement as required by UK GDPR Article 28.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Telnyx, Stripe, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling of these third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Auto Practice Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms or our services at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by providing written notice and allowing 30 days for good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
