The challenge

Visuals Detailing was managing all enquiries manually over WhatsApp — missing calls when busy, losing customers to voicemail, and spending hours chasing deposits. They needed full automation without losing the personal touch.

The AI SMS bot

We built an intelligent SMS bot that handles the entire booking journey automatically. When a customer texts or their call goes unanswered, the bot instantly engages them in a natural conversation.

Detects customer intent from free-text messages
Validates UK postcodes and detects service zones across London and the Home Counties
Collects name, date, time, service, vehicle, and address
Upsells add-ons and ceramic coating upgrades automatically
Validates addresses using Google Maps API
Sends Stripe deposit payment links to confirm bookings
Handles cancellations, modifications, and callback requests
Recognises returning customers and skips repeat questions
Flags unusual postcodes or addresses for the owner to review

Missed call recovery

Call forwarding routes unanswered calls silently to our system. Within 3 seconds the customer receives an SMS and the bot activates — no voicemail, no lost lead.
